When I say Wi-Fi I should have added also over cellular data, which, AFAIK,
is the same thing with respect to RCS messages going over the Internet.

Why shouldn't people in Europe like Carlos be able to RCS over the Internet
(Wi-Fi or cellular data) for free, even if the recipient is on an iPhone?

On what grounds can Apple possibly deny their users basic RCS functionality?
