We need more anonymous and pseudonymous entry points to Usenet.

Suggestion:

Enable posting via NNTP again with post throttling.

Set increasing delay backoff from same IP to thwart spam, instead of
just locking everyone out.

A schedule like this would work.

1st post from IP : 15 seconds.
2nd post from IP : 30 seconds.
3rd post from IP : 60 seconds.
4th post from IP : 180 seconds.
5th post from IP : 360 seconds.
6th post from IP : 620 seconds.

Or set up rocksolid lite software as a posting host, which requires user
registration, and impose posting limits and throttling.
