Yes, but I only get a few k uled and then it stops. My iPad only works with
internet protocols the best.

I can’t seem to get FTP to work with iPad for some reason. I put in the
address and then nothing happens. It just sits there in oblivion. Do you use
your iPad to FTP with? Maybe you can help me set it up by giving me some
information.

I don't allow "Guest" to upload into public directories. Authenticating as "The Millionaire" instead should fix that.

It'd probably make a lot of BBS-related things easier. My daughters have the Surface Pros, primarily for schoolwork, and they love them. They use the pen input a lot more than I would have thought.

Different error on my side:

May 14 13:33:56 cvs sbbs: ftp 0149 TLS info 'Received TLS alert message: Protocol version' (-20) popping data
May 14 13:33:56 cvs sbbs: ftp 0149 !ERROR: recv on socket returned unexpected value: -20 (line 547)

Maybe try just using regular FTP and not FTPS/TLS.

Also, maybe you try uploading to your *own* BBS (and not Vertrauen) as a test?

both ZMODEM and FTP support resume. But 4GB files via ZMODEM will likely be a problem for different reasons (stick with files < 2GB for ZMODEM).

There are already file transfer protocols that support this option.
They need to be set/supported by both the client and the server.
