After news.mixmin.net down, I changed news server.
I was not able to use neodome, I do not know why.
I tried paganini.bofh.team
In MesNeWs I used
login: omnimix;ht=paganini.bofh.team;pt=119;tl=no;to=no
password: omnimix

In OMNIMIX I used
in the tab Hamster/ExtSvr/Host/paganini.bofh.team
ssl disabled
in thr tab News/Host/paganini.bofh.team
ssl disabled.

I can read and post to newsgroups with MesNews via OMNIMIX.
I can send anonymously with Thunderbird via OMNIMIX.
But I can't receive no more nym messages, neither via paranoia nym,
nor via mixmin nym.
My head hurts but I do not understand where am I doing wrong.

No offense meant, but showing us logs would make it a lot easier?

In the meanwhile using neodome as news server and putting this
parameters in my newsreader:

I can read and post to newsgroups.

For the nym accounts, in Hamster/ExtSvr/Host/news.neodome.net
port 119
SSL disabled
TOR socks 5

it seems to work: it lasted all the night to download articles
(>28000),
I had to check mail on Thunderbird about 30 time in order to arrive at
my messages (it seems that it search 1000 messages at a time) but
finally I recovered all my nym messages.

Congratulations!

As Tor seems to work with Hamster's a.a.m downloads, as a next step you
should also try to remail though the Tor network (login: "...;to=5").
And use at least "tl=e" to have TLS encryption enabled where supported.

"increment 1000": With your mail client's timeout interval increased
you may try to process higher message block sizes at once
(NwsNym|Access|AnalysisBlockSize). I have it set to 3000.
