I just ran into that as well. Use SCFG to edit posting permissions on this group to allow USER=0 to post. For me, my sub-board already had a restriction for level 90, so I just appened OR USER=0 to the posting resuirements for the group where I was importing via email.

String #691 of the text.dat file is "NoAccessSub" which means user #0 does not meet the access requirements of the sub-board mentioned.

Hemo helped me with that one. Apparently some changes I made to stop
spammers from being able to post in echos here caused that to start
happening. I used his suggestion and all seems well now. Thanks!
