Can you copy/paste your original om.ini from your old pc to the new pc?
i.e. install om on new pc, delete new om.ini then copy/paste original
om.ini into om folder.

After installation I'd backup the newly created OmniMix folder, then
delete it and copy the complete old one to the new computer to avoid
losing further data, e.g. the Hamster a.a.m repository or my omd\*.omd
mailer presets.
