Back to the old schedule. Sort of. It's Thursday, so we're getting our
free game, but I'm pre-announcing the game because I won't be around
when Epic gets to actually making the game free. So if it's not free
when you see it, give it an hour or three.

Would it surprise you to learn this is a game involving boats and an
ocean? An open-world sailing game that lets you roam and explore.
There's some combat but the game is more about atmosphere and
challenge. It's very much got a 'Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker' vibe to
it. It still seems to be under active development with significant
changes being made, even if it isn't labeled 'early access'. Not sure
it's my sorta game, but 'free' forgives many sins, so I'll add it to
the library.

You have seven days to claim this one, so take your time!

Apparently it was only free for a brief period before being removed.
Now the Epic Game Store just shows a blank spot with the words "Free
Games" where you'd normally claim it.

I was able to get the game for free at around 3:30 PM EST. Try again.

Yeah, I just got it. I guess that was a glitch with Epic.

Looks nice I think. Maybe my kids will like it.

Oh, good. I was afraid I'd posted the wrong link or something. (It's
sort of hard to check the 'free' option when I post the comment before
it's actually free ;-)

I guess Epic is hiring the same web-developers as GOG uses, or
something. I mean, I love me some GOG, but that's the sort of mistake
they make all the time...

(After alll, since I nevre make mistaeks it's very hardd for me to
empahtasize with the mistakes off othres. ;-)
