occassional anonymous email, can you tell me please:

(1) Is there client software for Windows to access the NYM network
available yet ?
(2) If there is software available, where might it be obtained please ?

be up to date.

Please check out their site at: https://nymtech.net/ to download, for
example NymConnect.

Well, I created my own little program: https://github.com/stefanclaas/sv
to create Ed25519 Signatures, wich fit nicely in a Usenet signature ...
:-)
