The prediction is: At some point, various individuals who have repeatedly attacked me (and, possibly, other mental patients) in unfair and unreasonable ways will find themselves to be "strategically intoxicated," i.e., they will unwittingly make decisions that will have created bad consequences for them. They will eventually see, clearly, that their excessive-aggression-against-Philip-behavior-induced strategic landscape has many of these unintended and surprising consequences for them. (They will probably be in denial that it's their attacks against me that caused it, though.) I cannot be sure that they will ever admit it that it has happened. Nevertheless, this is my prediction. I don't think it is wrong at all, but I will acknowledge that I do not have 100% certainty that it will be true on the scale I've predicted. (No, I didn't cause it; my adversaries did. I'm just letting them and everyone else know, since that is in my interests.)
