Google Caches (for Web pages) disappeared maybe 1 week ago.

Does anyone know WHY this happened?

They were stealing real page views from the actual Web pages.

The Internet Archive has a better cache/archive of web pages than Google
did. There is no sign that the Internet Archive's cache/archive of web
pages would also disappear.
