While rummaging through some 8514 Ultra files, I noticed perhaps four
addresses for the BIOS within the test program. Methinks ATI might have
pruned the ADF down to one BIOS address, while the board can do more.

Looking at the 9151 produced card, it appears the pins on jumper JU5
[IRQ2] were clipped. Perhaps IRQ2 is the only option?

Further, CLK and CLK_Bar _MIGHT_ be ISA related?

There are running jobs. Why don't you go chase them?
