AIOE - Failed RAID controller, corrupted vdisks, probable complete loss as
it is not back in operation by now. Most can change a RAID controller and
recover the config in about 15 mins provided the meta-data is okay and
nothing else was damaged.

Mixmin - runtime errors, possible disk errors even. Reboot and fsck.
Another thought is Zax is aware of the issue and intentionally not fixing
it because of a couple abusers.

Why does anybody complain? When things break, Ray fixes it. It may take
an hour or two, it may take longer, but it gets fixed. It's not like you
pay him for guaranteed uptime.

As it happens, it's down for me just now - all servers red.
I'm sure Ray will get around to it when he can.

Why are you complaining about me complaining when I am not actually
complaining but really just noticing an issue?

Kerman the German is a bungling binary bureaucrat. Pay him no mind.

1. Say nothing, because you can never say anything good enough.
2. Do nothing, because you can never do it right.
3. Follow these rules.
