It's a good question. Is it possible to "prove" in any reasonable sense that there are 3 or 4 (or some other number) of dimensions in the physical universe?

The post above actually helped me with some STEM research I was doing today. This post (the one I'm writing now) constitutes my acknowledgement of it, in lieu of a citation, since I won't likely be publishing anything I'm working on right now.
