....it should be noted that human rights are important. It would be ideal if human rights victim would be treated with respect.

I'm not giving a numerical signal because it's not "extremely outrageous"--the expulsion of the diplomats, I mean. I tend to reserve such gestures for more shocking and outrageous human rights violations and other sad crimes, and also for things that are relevant to me personally (since I need to get out of my "cage" if I am ever to become a philanthropist who will improve global prosperity, peace, and human rights with money and other tools someday).
