Hi,

My Wife and I have Samsung Galaxy A11 (Tracfone) phones.
A recent Android OS update on both phones caused the same
issue.

After the update, we can no longer answer the phone the
normal way (slide the green answer icon upward).

Fortunately, there is an alternative. In the phone settings,
you can change the Answering method to the Volume Up
button. That "works".

Has anyone else have the same issue after a recent
update?

YES, the answer icon is present exactly the same way as before
the Update, but it no longer responds.
