By the way, on a serious note...I don't think I was aiding and abetting invasion of privacy...from https://www.findlaw.com/injury/torts-and-personal-injuries/what-is-invasion-of-privacy-.html :

The defendant (the party being sued) used the plaintiff's (the party initiating the lawsuit) name, likeness or identity;
The use was for the defendant's benefit, whether the benefit is economic or otherwise;
The use was without the plaintiff's consent; and
The use caused injury to the plaintiff.

I am not positive, but I don't think that the image in the video that I assert was probably intended to jokingly look a little bit like Christine Exley is going to cause any injury to Dr. Exley.

Also, my jokes are not intended to be a reality-based depiction of Chrstine Exley or what she was like at UMW. I am just joking around and making up fake things about a Harvard professor as an attempt at humor. Also, I am going for the idea of "pretending to be obsessed with Dr. Exley and her research," and I am going for that purely as a joke...I had two classes with her and am not out to interfere with her personal/professional life or reputation. My serious comments about her research were my true opinions; most of the other stuff I was saying was intended as lighthearted joking, not a realistic portrayal of Dr. Exley or anything about her.
