I can imagine a Democrat use of this metaphor:

"Philip, your freedom is not for sale."

Oh...really? I thought it was. Actually, I thought it was already mine, and then, even though it wasn't for sale, you stole it, clung to it for over a decade like it's your favorite thing, and won't return it in spite of the fact that it isn't yours.

Maybe you're right though. Maybe all my service will metaphorically buy is the next best thing: The ruination of a Democratic Party that had every chance to do the right thing and repeatedly refused.

Are you going to claim that is inconsistent? It isn't. I support liberalism. I have been extremely fair to normal-people Democrats who believed in you and trusted you and Biden; I warned you I was targeting his polls, and it doesn't matter at all even if you have a very deep understanding of my system for doing it.

If you fail again, there will be people who will never forgive you. I have no job and am going all out to secure my freedom, which I didn't even lose in court. If you fail to start complying with the law, your hushed-voice conversations that are supposed to go over my head and your non-responses (especially not to me) to my objections and your bogus debating points that are barely audible will be your professional undoings.

You know I did nothing wrong and I don't deserve this, and yet you persist at trafficking me. Your deletion will be your fault, my victory. I don't want Trump back, but if you REFUSE to stop, then his return may well be the natural consequence of your selection of choices that lead to you vacating your jobs.

You don't have some magic way to turn it all around. Listen to reason, this isn't your last warning.
