I tried upgrading CSWS (Apache) from 2.4-38C to 2.4-53 on VMS Alpha.

Almost everything works after the upgrade.

One exception: if I try to load proxy_module, proxy_ajp_module and
proxy_http_module in httpd.conf then Apache will not start (and
I do not see a useful error message anywhere).

Anyone on 2.4-53 and using the proxy modules?

Any suggestions?

I have tested Apache V2.4-53 on IA64 V8.4-3L3 and I can't replicate the problem (unfortunately I don't have access to an alpha system at the moment, probably in the next few days) :
