unravel. We have to recognize what it means for the nation to have a
former president who has not conceded and who continues to suggest
that our electoral system cannot function, cannot do the will of the
people.” … JON KARL: “When you say ‘dangerous’ — dangerous how? Are
you suggesting that Jan. 6 could happen again, or maybe something
worse?” Cheney: “I think there’s no question.”

By saying "|...there's no question" she is saying that it's an
absolute fact.

That's one of those statements that is ambiguous out of context and
can be taken to mean something entirely different than intended, but
is without ambiguity if context is supplied.

Our non-native-English speakers here who offer sentences out of
context for discussion should note this.
