Unfortunately this is very short on details. If they built ideal
diode, then this would be huge revolution for power generation
(rectify Jonson noise to beat second law of thermodynamics).
If this is non-ideal in what sense it is "one-way-superconductor"?

BTW: IIUC what Mitch wrote already replacing copper by appropriate
superconductor would give significant speed boost to current
computers.
