when you boot with PWR and VOL+

do you see the boot mode menu, with recover/erecovery/fastboot/normal options?

So doesn't TWRP have the normal 'Install' or/and 'Install' button(s)?

If so, AFAIK, you should be able to install or recover the OS from a
file on a Micro-SD card. (That's assuming you have a copy of the
'ROM'-image or a TWRP Backup in some file on your computer.)

TWRP have install button, but when I try to install the rom image it
write me :

"Could not find 'META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary' in the zip file.
Error installing zip file
'/external_sd/dload/Huawei_y5_Firmware_Y560-L01.....
