I haven't looked at this stuff for some years, so my stuff is not
current, but:

My VMS-on-x86_64 access mostly died with the end of the E9.2 field
test program, so the builders in my (old) Cdrtools kit are stuck in the
past until that changes.

Yes I still offer dvdwrite for Openvms. A program that burns Blu-Ray
media unter openvms.

The VMS-on-x86_64 version of dvdwrite compiles fine but has problems to

the blu-ray-drive outside the virtual machine. I need "physical" access
to the blu-ray drive.

At the moment I think it is better to create a virtual disk, copy the
vms to data to
this device and then use a burning program from the host machine.
