I think they have jumped the gun a little bit because you still can't
select the x86-64 community licence on the VSI pages. That means
people who may have tried it "just because" may very well have
forgotten about it when they finally do become generally available.

Also, some of the comments appear to be of the form of "why VMS in
these days ?" in case anyone wants to comment.

There's also very much a feeling of talking about VMS in the past
tense in those comments, which is the problem that VSI management
_still_ have to address (if they can).
