This question asks for help and advice from those who know more than I do.

Every day I test new free well-rated apps on my Android 12 free test phone.
I only keep the best free apps and quickly throw away the rest.
Today I tested many notification apps but only a few even made the 1st cut.

However, this app did something I get out of about every dozen or so apps.
*Notification Shortcuts* by Nicolai Buch-Andersen, 50K+ installs, rated 4.2

Every time I start apps like that particular app, I get a "*Billing Error*".
My question to you is "Do you get the same error when you start that app?"

If this is a clue, the app blurb on Google Play Store says this:
"I've replaced the Unlocker App with In-App-Billing for premium access."

Since I've never bought an app in my life, I'm unfamiliar with "in-app
billing", but I suspect most of you know a lot more about it than I do.

Anyone else get this frequently?
Anyone know why?

Even better, since it happens frequently, how do I get rid of that error?

I have never seen that billing error on my phone.
