With the J5 I had no problem rooting, but this one doesn't work
I have tried with kingo root via pc but it failed, also with
kingoroot.apk on the cell, there was no way. can someone help me?
I also want to root a wiko y80 and a redmi at9, even these failed with

https://www.tomsguide.com/us/move-android-apps-to-sd-card,news-21279.html

My old Samsung Core Prime had this storage option. Let me move apps, or
part of them, to the SD card. Some apps don't register that they can be
split across storage media, so they can only be on the internal storage.
The SD storage option isn't available on all phones. My later LG V20
does not have the option.

https://deviceguides.vodafone.ie/samsung/galaxy-j5-2017-android-7-0/apps-and-media/move-apps-to-memory-card/

That article says the SD storage option is available on your old Samsung
J5 phone. No rooting was required.

https://www.imobie.com/android-manager/how-to-move-apps-to-huawei-sd-card.htm

That says the SD storage option disappeared with Android 7 on Huawei
phones. You didn't say which version of Android is on your phone, and I
wasn't motivated to do the research to determine what minimum/starter
Android version came on your phone. The article suggests other
solutions, but they aren't optimal with a mobile device.

Sorry, I haven't bothered to root any of my smart phones. I only use
one at a time, and don't risk rooting it as it is my primary phone.
Unused old ones sit in drawer, or get repurposed, like for security cams
at home, or cams in my car to record accidents or what happens around my
car, but nothing of which needs rooting to work.

If rooting doesn't work, or the SD storage option isn't available, and
you don't like the workarounds, might be time to review all those apps
you have installed to see which you rarely use, used only once, or other
apps that combine the same functions into one app instead of spreading
the functions across multiple apps.

Running out of memory is often not a problem. Unused memory is wasted
memory. Since apps can be backgrounded or suspended when not in use, is
memory really the problem? If your phone is getting super slow because
of too many active apps competing for memory, do you really need all
those apps to be concurrently active? If not, and if those apps don't
have a real Exit or Quit option (to unload them instead of leaving in
the background), there are app-killer apps to help manage which apps are
currently loaded, like to kill off the ones you aren't using until maybe
sometime later.

I don't know if the Y7 has Android "Adoptable Storage"?

Have you got another SD card which has nothing on it you want? If so, remove
all partitions from the spare card, insert it in the phone, it might ask if you
want to use it as adoptable, or you might have to trigger it by formatting the
card in the phone, if it offers adoptable, then do say yes, it'll add the
SD-card to extend internal storage.
