Boost Mobile INTERCEPTED my outgoing call so that they could tell me that my
3G service was ending at the end of March. I'm irritated for multiple
reasons.

The Intercept is the big one. What if it was an emergency call I had to
make? I had to spend a few minutes talking to an 'accent' trying to tell me
why it was my problem to fix.

They give me 3 days to fix the problem. No prior messages or calls of any
sort. I thought they were into modern technology?

They then tell me at the store today that my phone won't work, for a 'small'
upgrade price, they have only TWO phones available that are too physically
large for my liking. Not to mention the extra crapware and lock-out that
will be installed.

So I have ordered something more to my liking. Wish me luck if it ships
here in time.

Maybe there is a carrier that doesn't have this, but I haven't looked at
any that didn't. I want to use the phone of my choice, not theirs. I
don't buy locked phones.
