Agent Version: 8.0
OS: Windows 10

I am trying to automatically a Signature to a Forte Agent
message. I have succeeded in doing this manully by using Ctrl I from within the message.

However, when using the instructions in Help - Tools, Signature Dialog,
no signature is attached (the persona matches that being used for usenet
messages, and the sig file is correctly located).

Please, can someone advise how to sort this?

The automatic signature does not appear in the Composition pane body.
The automatic signature is added to the message when transmitting the
message to the Internet.

Only when you manually insert a signature using Ctrl+I or
"Insert >> Signature", will the signature appear in the Composition pane
body.

The signature is automatically attached to all documents that you post
or mail using Agent. Note that the signature will not be added to the
Composition Pane contents. Rather, Agent appends the signature when the

automaticcally isn't less automatically as advertised :D
When sending a message you need to select also on the lowest line (
Persona ; From ) the next field named Signature. The default is
[None] This time I selected one and now this mesage should have a
signature when posted in this newsgroup. Maybe not yet correct, but
that's something I can correct the next time.
