Java just got released.

John Reagan has declared Basic to "be in the oven".

Python is H2 in roadmap (per VSI Forum).

Last message from Oracle was that Rdb is Q1.

Various freeware and open source packages are being ported pretty
quickly now.

It seems like everything needed will be here soon.

It is available now. This happened with another open source package recently. I think they just forget that the x86 is released on the SP and it probably defaults to non CLP access. Just a guess.
