Hi,

Consider what assumptions you believe to be true about me. Think about the Hodge Conjecture for a moment.

Now, please consider this sincere claim I am about to make:

"My fusion idea could be built with a robotic device such that the 'non-trivial software' on the device would be less than 1 megabyte in size, in terms of the size of the C++ source code pre-compilation. No unusual chemicals would need to be used to cause the reaction. It would be possible to prove that the fusion operation was safe before beginning the fusion process; if it were deemed unsafe, the process could be aborted. Eventually, I could produce a safe fusion device that could be used in, e.g., factories, for less than $100,000 per unit, in terms of production costs for me."

I mean what I am saying sincerely, because I assert that it is true.

I encourage you to make up your minds about what you think of my claim above. Take your time, try to get it right.
