I have reviewed all the certified documents and this is what I found:

You opened an account of 04/13/2018 for 1 year high speed plus for $95.40 to renew every year.

You cancelled the account on 04/29/2020 (after being billed 95.40 a total of 3 times: $286.20)

You submitted a chargeback with your credit card and the credit card company reimbursed you $97.85.

You requested a refund from EasyNews. EasyNews stated they needed your PayPal email address to refund the money because the charges were too old to refund on the credit card.

You then demanded $1,000 from EasyNews. Due to the uncooperative nature of your correspondence with EasyNews they stopped communication.

EasyNews is willing to refund you $190.80 for the two charges. However, they need either an address or a PayPal email address. I understand you don’t have a PayPal account. If you could provide me with an address I will give them the information.
