Hi folks

I have a data connection and I am using Huawei Wingle so the service
can be used with my other phones and Laptop.

I also use the HiLink app to check messages etc that come in from the
provider using my phone. The problem is I cannot login to the Hilink.
It needs a password and says that the password is the same as the
password used to login to the wifi connection.

Any clue to solving this problem?

Try using the wifi login password.

Funny thing,. wifi login password did not work.
Anyway I had to change the web page login for the wingle which was
admin+admin but it insisted the password should be more secure so I
changed it to nnnCCCnn (n number and C char). And after rebooting and
when I tried to login to HiLink it accepted the password. So probably
the intention was to use the web password.

Climax! It worked with 2 of the phones I have but the third one still
does not accept this new password.

Maybe some problem with the HiLink app !!!!
