How can I export my emails from outlook to forte agent?

I see agent only will import a text file, where outlook exports in PST file format

The message files which Agent imports are Mbox file format (which
Agent calls UNIX message format).

A. The easiest option may be to use a "PST to Mbox" converter
program, and then import the Mbox file(s) into Agent.

Here are some "PST to Mbox" converter programs. You may find
others on the web. Disclaimer: I have not used any of these.
There are small variations in the MBOX format; when converting
you may need to pick a variation which works well with Agent.

1) Convert PST to MBOX

2) ABC Amber Outlook Converter

B. Another option is to

* Use Thunderbird's import feature to import your emails from
Outlook into Thunderbird;
* Then transfer the mail from Thunderbird to Agent using
instructions which have been posted previously in this
newsgroup.

Thank you for getting back to me, you are a STAR on this always have the answer

Yes the first one worked great.

BUT only gets the first 50 emails unless you pay. but that was no problem

The imported into agent to a given folder all okay
