Can I set up a filter that would filter a word in a email body
Ie
If I have 4 accounts from a company and they send me invoices for the 4 accounts
example

1.......Subject line "invoice number 123456"
Next time another invoice would come it would be
Subject line "invoice number "78910"

2..... Each invoice that comes has a different invoices number 1234 next 3456

3......In each of the invoice email is listed the name of the account for that invoice

4......So the email would look like
Subject Subject line "invoice number 123456"
5......inside the email body invoice for "Fred Smith"

6.....I would get another Invoice for another account with the same as above BUT with different
invoice number and Inside the body of the email " invoice for bill smith
7......so email one comes in and with the name of the account as Fred Smith can I set a filter for
that.

No. Filters only apply to header information, before the body is
downloaded. This applies to all articles, news and mail.
