"Assurances" in this conflict are meaningless. It wouldn't surprise me if Ukraine fired non-nuclear missiles at Russia, and then Russia launched non-nuclear cruise missiles at the US. At that point, the Russian leadership would reason, what more is there to lose?

We are in a situation where I, the possessor of all the best STEM tech, am smeared and detained illegally by my own country's government. That drastically reduces the expected amount of damage that the US could do to Russia, in the event of missile launches against the US. My liberation increases the likelihood that I would supply tech to the US in the event of war and missiles launched at the US--even if I am blown up by a cruise missile, I will not share math for free with the US government at this point, so there's a real self-inflicted handicap on the US side.

Also, I comment I just gleaned about UMW: It looks like Dr. Randall Helmstutler does not understand the statement of the Hodge Conjecture. I could be wrong, but based on my analysis, it looks like none of the UMW mathematicians who understand H.C. have communicated much with other UMW officials about my situation and my proof. This is based on something on Facebook; a lot of people at UMW are "neurotypical and delusional" in a sense, and many of them have "half-liberal ideologies," where, e.g., blacks and other minorities are seen as OK, and disabled people are unfairly categorized as "one of the good ones" or "one of the bad ones" in certainly highly offensive ways.

I'm not sure there are any true liberals at all on the UMW faculty. None of them will talk about my talent or what happened to me; do any of them understand what an algebraic variety is?? It's easy, you can learn this stuff on the internet.
