Hi everyone,

I believe I found away around the Alice ruling barrier...basically, I will seek to patent secure electronic circuit devices that could be installed in machines or simulated directly with a more traditional computer. Since the idea wouldn't be software, I ought not to run into legal barriers from the Alice ruling. As long as I could prohibit, via offensive rights via the patent, transcription and simulation of the circuits on regular computers--I'm pretty sure Nintendo SNES emulators are illegal, so I would think I could prohibit emulators of my circuits too--I could protect my processes as circuits, given that I could secure the circuit device so that no one would really get how it works.

So that should help me make more money from patents.
