With Android 12, the notifications are driving me nuts!
There's just too many of them to manage easily.

Is there an app that helps with managing notifications?

Go to settings -> General -> Apps (or whatever is your nav path to app
settings), choose an app, and in its settings configure to disable any
notifications from it.

On Android 12, long press on the notification, and you get a menu of
things you can do with those notifications
