I don't know how I did it , but I have removed Pictures from the side
menu of Files. I restored the pictures from the rubbish bin,and is
showing under Home, but Pictures doesn't show up on the left side menu.

How do I get it back.

If you're talking about nemo (you say files), then open the pictures folder then on the toolbar 'bookmarks' -> add
bookmark. Or just cntl-D.

It will put it in the bookmarks part of the sidebar and you can drag and drop it any place you want.
