I have just updated my system from 23.4 to 23.10 and now I have lost the
dock. I have a second system on the same machine which I also upgraded and
which has not lost its dock.

I can see the dock by pressing Fn F9 but this is an inconvenient way of
working to say the least.

Any ideas of a fix?
