Hi all,
I hope this is the correct news group.

I recently got a MacBook Air. It's connected to a LAN with Windows pc's.
In the finder I can see all the pc's, but can't connect to them. As I'm
new to Apple products, I don't know what to do to make the Macbook
connect to a pc.
Anybody can help me out?

The problem has been solved. I found out that when I click on the
MacBook on "Connect", it won't work. But when I click on "Connect as", I
can enter my credentials and am able to see the shares on the pc's.

Learned another thing from Apple.

Depending on the question, the main three are ...

comp.sys.mac.misc
comp.sys.mac.system
comp.sys.mac.apps

but be warned, they are infested with anti-Apple trolls and
know-nothing idiots, so not really a good resource of factual / helpful
information.
