No one could complain that this isn't under serious development.
There seems to be a bi-monthly release.
I gather that you put it to heavy use , Bits

Yep. and I assume lots of interaction with hardware and OS's makes for
a lot of maintenance.

> I gather that you put it to heavy use , Bits

Have not used it yet excepting for initial setup.
I just have a weekly cron job to check for new releases.

My university is now mandating that all zoom installations must be
5.8.4 or later, because of security issues.

I was able to receive, but not send. The site gives signature files;
how can I use them? In the same way as Mageia signatures? Do they work
better on the yum downloader?

[OT] That reminds me; there is an RPM on Linux Tracker to enable users
to get around Microsoft's UEFI stunt. Laptops may not need it, but
Raspberry Pi users will.

No idea what you are talking about.

> how can I use them? In the same way as Mageia signatures?

I would guess so.

> Do they work better on the yum downloader?

They are going to work the same based on install tool.

I just use rpm to remove installed files
rpm -e --allmatches $_pubkey
rpm --import zoom.pubkey

and normal urpmi/e commands to un/install rpm.
urpmi --allow-nodeps --force $_pkg_fn
urpme --auto zoom
urpmi --allow-nodeps --force $_pkg_fn
