In the old Outlook, before attaching files, I get a drop-down list of
about 20 recent files to select from.

In the new Outlook I get barely three, none of which is the most
recent. Is there a switch available to increase this number?

Which edition of M365?
For Home use: Personal, Family, etc.
For Busines use: Business Basic, Standard, Premium, Apps for Business

Does Outlook on your Start Screen(in Win11) say 'Outlook (new)'?
