There is an app called 'Suntimes' which comes with 'Suntimes Alarms'.
Never used the alarm functionality, though.

Probably not as that's crippleware (unless you want to pay for that app).

It would be nice if people spent the time to provide the Urls when they
suggest apps, so I am only guessing that he meant this app instead.
