Updates with version 1.2:

- The color option blue has been modified (now only shades of blue, gray and black)

- Event label positioning has been improved

- New options for the tips of links have been added

- New feature has been added to the command \causet so that a link is
automatically broken when it crosses over (the center of) an event

- Spatial links have been added to the command \rcauset
