And yes, I tried OpenShellSetup-4.4.160.exe. It installed
without incident. But it was ignored by W11

You know, that sooner or later, large chunks of legacy
code that make alternate shells work, are going to be
removed.

Even sysdm.cpl will disappear. Some day.
