It's entirely possible. There's an FPGA implementation of the KS10
processor that runs the original microcode. (It's not finished yet.)
There's another project to create a close replica of the PDP-6 and KA10
in Verilog. David Conroy's PDP-10/X design was finally released to the
public not long ago.

A few attempts have been made to make a KL10 microcode compatible thing,
but nothing that advanced to a usable state so far.

I have microcode source and assembler ready to go, so don't be shy.
