Myu ISP doesnt HAVE any 'servers' as such. Just a web site and I guess a
mail relay and DNS that I don't use.

My mistake about us-west-2 being related to an ISP.
Turns out, that's how Amazon Web Services names it's hosts.
For example, there's a us-east-1 host.

us-west-2 serves the Oregon area.
