Note that a missing backlash for `tcbox`-like commands
e.g. `\newtcbox{mybox}` instead of `\newtcbox{\mybox}` is no longer tolerated.

### Fixed
- With `parbox=false`, `before skip` was ignored in inner box (issue #171)
