I do not know how Access 365 works, but in previous versions it is
pretty easy to add a barcode to a report. There are many commerical QR
code Active X DLL's and win 32 and 64 DLL's that can be purchased and
would do the trick.

In a previous life I used DLL's from MW6 Technologies within Access
(versions from Access 2000 to 2010) to print tons of 1D and 2D
barcodes.

The learning curve was not all that steep, and once you get the hang of
it you are off to the races.
