I What happened to my session?

II Has MS redone restart?

I How is it that my computer, win 10 fully updated, Firefox fully
updated, will pretty much** freeze even when it says I'm using only 80%
of the CPU and 80% of the storage? I understand why 100% of the CPU
will make it wait, and 100% of storage will prevent a lot of things, or
more likely take time to do swapping first, right?
But isn't having 20% of both free enough to keep things moving.
It can stay frozen for 5 or 10 minutes?

**Webradio was still playing using a separate program.

Today was a more complicated version of that. Clicking on programs in
the Task Bar had no effect. It didn't change what program was showing,
not FFox, Eudoraa, Notepad**.

II Then when I chose Restart, some things were still open after Restart
completed. Forte Agent 1.9 was open and though it normally starts with
only one window, it had windows for more than one newsgoup open.

There is no chance I selected Hibernate, and it didn't Hibernate because
it showed the list of 20 windows open, waiting to close, and because it
restarted without my pressing any buttons.

They created hybrid sleep, have they also created hybrid restart?

If so, what if you want total restart. Maybe then you'd have to do Shut
Down and then Turn On.

Wow, Actually, although I asked about total shut down, for the most
part I like this. I'm surprised I never noticed it before. I don't
restart or shut down more than once a week, but it seems like this goes
back to May of 2020, or April 2018! Even since 2020, that would still be
75 times. I'm surprised I didn't notice it.

They must have changed the default.
