I had to laugh, because it's so very true about Apple marketing claims.
Just like apologists, Apple's excuse strategies are repetitively obvious.

1. Whatever Apple does, it's always a "fuck you" to users for Apple profits.
2. Yet Apple presents that "fuck you" as if marketing is "protecting you".
3. When Apple is forced to adopt standards, they'll say what you predicted.

We fucked you for your own good.
And when we finally stopped fucking you, we did it when the tech was ready.
And when we implemented that tech to stop fucking you, we did it better.

Given we already know nobody in high tech spends less on R&D than Apple...

I forgot to close though with the all-important factual question to ask...
(given adults are always learning by gathering and assessing the facts)

If RCS is a "good thing" (by almost all accounts except those by Apple)...
Q: *What is Apple's response on refusing to adopt these RCS protocols?*

Why wouldn't Apple take Google up on their offer to help Apple adopt RCS?
